Real Estate in Singapore
This is just a place holder for real estate matters I am concern or interested in.
A place to gather my thoughts as it were =)
The first enclosure link refers to a drop of more than 10% in new applicants to be real estate agents.
Also of note is the information by Singapore's Council for Estate Agents (CEA)
There seems to be a RES requirement and a CPD requirement.
RES's effect appears to be increasing the education level of the agents and CPD is the yearly professional update component
