I found this rather funny and interesting. Outsourcing has been bandied around like it was some new invention when it was simply a cost cutting exploitation exercise. This article is interesting in that it gives a good overview. How prices are going up in China itself, how the yuan is going up. And how that is going to cause inflation in other countries relying on China's cheap manufacturing base. About how being a huge country might mess up the CPI's interpretation.
